Quotations & Orders

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders require a 50% deposit before production begins.
• Lead time: 10–25 business days after deposit and artwork approval.
• All payments are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Methods

• T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and major credit cards are accepted.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via trusted couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or air/sea freight for larger orders. Transit time ranges from 7–30 business days depending on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, import taxes, or duties applicable in their country.
