Most products are custom-made, so returns are generally not accepted unless items are defective or do not match approved specifications.

Eligible Returns

• Manufacturing defects.
• Incorrect size, printing errors, or other mistakes caused by us.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed packaging produced according to approved proof or sample cannot be returned.

Claim Process

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos or videos of the issue at liyuwebsite@outlook.com. Refunds or replacements will be issued after confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
